Today is March 21st...the first day of spring, right? Chicago must have missed the memo, because instead of butterflies and budding flowers we got snowfall - the first in weeks!

What a cute picture :-) I love reading your journal! We had snow that same week too, which was especially odd for the Seattle area as we rarely get snow (even in the winter)! - Heather

Every time I see this picture I think, "Poor kid." Just look at that face! He's obviously not as excited about that hat as his grandparents are.
